5. No Refund for Commission-Based Fees

As a reminder, any fees incurred under our “no win, no fee” model, where we charge a commission on the savings we secure through successful negotiations, are final and non-refundable. These fees are assessed only when a negotiation successfully results in a savings benefit for you and are independent of your subscription status.
